Refund policy

As these are preloved, one of a kind items, we cannot accept returns. Items are all 100% authentic and exactly as shown in the pictures.

If you believe an item purchased is not authentic, you must provide a valid Certificate of Authenticity from Zeko Authentication confirming this determination within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for review or assistance.

If an item purchased is determined to be counterfeit by Zeko Authentication within 30 days of delivery, the customer must provide a valid Zeko Certificate of Authenticity stating such. Upon verification, we will reimburse the cost of the Zeko authentication certificate and provide a prepaid return shipping label for the item to be returned. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received back in the same condition it was sent.

We exclusively accept determinations from Zeko Authentication, as they are widely regarded as the leading authentication service for Chanel, particularly vintage Chanel pieces. Unlike many modern authentication services, Zeko relies on expert human authentication methods rather than AI-based systems, allowing for a more detailed and specialized review process.

All items are sold as is and are final sale. Due to the nature of preloved and vintage goods, some items may have undergone repairs, restorations, modifications, or aftermarket work by previous owners. While we do our best to inspect and disclose visible details, we cannot guarantee knowledge of an item’s full history, including past repairs or alterations. Any such fixes, replacements, or aftermarket modifications are not the responsibility of our business. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the item in its current condition.
